A Full Scan performs a comprehensive inspection of accessible local drives, folders, and files. Total Security uses real-time definitions and heuristic analysis to detect known and unknown threats.

Overview

Infected or suspicious files are cleaned, quarantined, or deleted based on your settings. Quick Scan focuses on memory and high-risk locations for a faster daily check.

Local drives scanning

• Main system drive (usually C:) and additional internal volumes
• System files, installed programs, and hidden data
• Boot-sector and deep system-folder checks on Full Scan

Folders & files scanning

• Recursive folder walk including Documents, Downloads, Desktop
• Documents, executables, archives (ZIP/RAR), scripts, and more
• Nested or obscure directories are not skipped
